You simply cute out the different parts and take the clear plastic of and position on your face where you would like it. Your face must be clean and with no makeup on. Then once you have it in place, you take a wet washcloth or i used a face wipe and press on the top. Slowly peel away and then i took the face wipe and lightly went back over the top to make sure it was in place. 
After you apply it, you can then either add makeup or jewels. I chose not to.You can also recreate this look by using black liner. and makeup you may have in your collection.
