My Take on Streetwear Makeup Remover:

Streetwear Makeup Remover comes in a white tube with a pink flip open cap. The cap has a small nozzle to dispense the right amount but make sure to open it lightly as if you open it while pressing it, the remover would come out on flipping the cap. It doesn’t have any noticeable fragrance as such and it smells pretty much like the Revlon eye and lip makeup remover.

The remover is a cream based remover with mineral oil right at the top of the ingredient list so if you’re allergic to mineral oil, I’m sure you may not like it but what else can we do, mineral oil is pretty common in makeup removers, maybe it’s the sole reason for removing makeup effectively

The remover has a medium consistency which applies easily. I use it by massaging it as a cleanser for 3-4 minutes and then wiping off with a cotton ball, massaging it dissolves all types of makeup making it easier to remove makeup properly. If I’m feeling lazy, I just take it on cotton ball and swipe it across my face including my eyes and lips but with that I have to swipe it 2-3 times taking remover each time on the cotton ball, that means wastage of the product! So, I find it better to massage it and then using a cotton ball to wipe off my makeup.

It removes all face makeup (foundation, powder, blush) in 2 swipes and you would see only a lil gunk of your face makeup in 3rd swipe, maybe you may need 4th swipe as well if you have used heavy and waterproof makeup but for me 3 swipes are just enough as I even have to wash my face with a face wash after using this remover. For the eye makeup, it removes all of it in 3-4 gentle swipes, not sure of water-proof makeup! It stings eyes a bit but nothing much that you have to run here and there to grab some water and wash your face, you can deal with it by rubbing a clean cotton on your eyes, I’m sure every product would sting if it gets into the eyes and so this is not exceptional but a lil bit of stinginess can be an issue for lens wearer so I would suggest you to use it wisely, after closing your lids properly. For lens wearers, the best option in the market is Maybelline Eye and Lip Makeup Remover. It also removes lipsticks effectively, even the darker ones and doesn’t leave lips drying.

It leaves skin clean, gunk free and makes it soft, doesn’t make skin oily like most makeup removers but yeah it leaves skin moisturized. Still, you may need to use a face wash or a cleanser to get rid of all the junk left and to make your skin squeaky clean and fresh. It doesn’t cause me breakouts or clog my pores despite being an oil based remover but be careful if you are allergic to mineral oil as it’s at the top of the ingredient list, thankfully I’m not allergic to it and I can use products containing mineral oil without fear.
