This is my first time reading the author. I really didn't know what to make of these stories at first. They're totally whacky, bizarre and downright odd. I didn't enjoy them at first and it took a couple of stories to get used to the oddness. I wouldn't say these stories are stunning works of literary wonder but they are original, unique and hugely entertaining. These are well worth a read if you want something a little different. I especially enjoyed Arnold's Melting Foot which is the strangest and most entertaining story I've ever read.
