I decided to dig around in my mass of jewelry that I have collected over the years and I pulled out a statement necklace I bought several years ago at a small boutique in Northern Minnesota.
Because of my newfound love of blue, this necklace seems perfect for the Summer. Everyone always asks me about it and it certainly makes any outfit I wear. My necklace has several crosses with swarovski crystals and navy blue and silver accents.
Statement necklaces stand out and look best with a very simple outfit. I love to wear mine with a plain white t-shirt and colored skinny jeans. If you don’t already have a statement necklace, consider buying one, they can be found at all price points and if they are unique enough they can escalate your style into the stratosphere. Wearing a statement necklace is like having a fabulous dining room table and finding just the right amazing centerpiece or chandelier to put over it. It makes the ensemble and most people can’t figure out just quite why. That is true fashion.
