Further expanding the Compare The Market/Meerkat storyline the comparison site recently introduced us to two brand new characters, this time from Compare The Market.
These characters are stately gentleman, CEO and Compare The Market company founder Maurice Wigglethorpe-Throom (Robert Webb from Peep Show) and his trusty assistant Spencer.

This follow up ad is much funnier than the first ad which introduced the two new characters. In this ad Maurice tries to illustrate credit card interest as facial growth or “chin brambles” as he calls them by placing them onto Spencer until his face is overrun with facial hair.
