I am a former middle school teacher turned Stay-at-home mom. I have always loved to decorate and craft (I taught 8th grade art and history) and staying home has made me realize how much work my home actually needed to make it a place I want to stay everyday (haha). It also made me realize how much my tastes have changed since we got married and moved in 4 years ago. On the other side of the coin, we are living on one income now, so if I want to turn this home into something that I adore, I am going to have to do it on a major budget. I know I'm not the only one in this category, so I started blogging about how I am "vintaging" up my home and how I am doing it cheaply!
