Sorry About the Lack of Posts

I am sure there is enough information on this site to help with your tomato growing, but I do still like to keep you up to date with my own crops.I managed to keep the blight at bay for quite a few months with my two sprays of Bordeaux mix and constantly removing any newly effected leaves. Fortunately I did not get too much blight on the stems, so most of my plants kept producing fruit.I am now left with just half a dozen plants, which are no looking pretty frail, but I have not done too badly seeing I had blight months ago.
Next season I will give an earlier weaker preventative spray as soon as we get a lot of damp weather, which normally brings it on for me no matter what I do.There are still plenty of peppers and chilli's aubergines in the poly-tunnel and I do hope you all had a successful year with your crops.
On a more personal note my novel Vantastic France is still selling well daily and the cheques keep coming in each month. The sequel is taking time as I have been putting a lot of my time into my French advertising site French Classifieds. Despite the doom and gloom in the property market, Deb has been extremely busy selling houses and adding to her portfolio. I  have been doing my bit by driving her around to the many viewings she has had on properties, so sometimes we are out most of the day, then there is her paperwork and uploading of properties to do. Life in France is still wonderful and it is great that we both work from home, meeting new couples that have purchased a house in Brittany through Deb is always a joy and we have had a few invites for dinner, so we have also made a few new friends.
I have just made a little trial video for French Classified on you-tube, using their resources. You just clip together video snippets from a section that is free to use, then add a little music and script. I was going to make my own using  windows live movie maker as you can add your own photos the that, but the programme keeps crashing on  my new laptop and by doing a search it seems that this is quite common problem. Luckily I found the free you-tube programme, so here is the result!
