SNP Bird's Nest Aqua Eye Patch Review
I'm getting the feeling that Bird's Nest is making a huge wave in the skin care department as of late. This is the second bird's nest product that I received and this time it's from the brand SNP which if you remember, I reviewed their adorable Animal Sheet Masks.

The main ingredient for the eye patch is swiftlet nest extract and hyaluronic acid. Swiftlet nest extract contains sialic acid is 200 time more nourishing than royal jelly and has vitamins that helps recover tired skin. This product claims to treat dry eyes by delivering moisture and energy to the sin, promotes skin elasticity and firmness, cools the skin and eases fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
The eye patches comes in a small jar that is very similar to creams. I actually thought that this was a cream that you put underneath your eyes but I was fairly surprised to find out that they were gel patches. I have used a similar one before by another brand but the pair of eye patch came in a pack and not a jar. I can't tell exactly how many pairs of patches are in the jar but just judging from how it looks, I think this would last me for months! It also comes with a spatula so you can easily separate a patch from the rest.

The gel patch has a bluish tint to it that glimmers in the light and I consider that very fascinating. I am amazed by little things if you still can't tell. ^^ This smells amazing too and I have said these in my previous reviews of "aqua" products, I really love fresh watery scents and this product appeals to me very much.

If you can't tell by the photo above, I have bad dark circles and it's not because of lack of sleep. It's just how my under eyes naturally look like. In the photo I have the patch underneath my eyes but the darkness still peeks through. Since the product doesn't claim any brightening or lightening effect I didn't expect my dark circles to go away. The cooling effect did however subdue the puffiness underneath my eyes. I left the patch on for about 15 minutes and I can instantly tell that the area is thoroughly moisturized. The area wasn't wet with essence but it has absorbed nicely into my skin. I just feel refreshed and awake instantly.
I am really loving this product. I still have 2 products left to review for the April BNT Beauty Box but I must say that this product is on the top of my favorites.
*This product was sent to me for review but as always, my reviews are honest and based on my own opinions and experience. Don't forget to visit the other BNTGirls, Doris, Laven, Alene and Bella.
