I came home after a crap day to a package from The Universe Knows. Fortuitous? It had to be. A box full of inspirational apparel and gifts to brighten my mood. It helped. And it helps to wear the hoody, drink tea out of my mug and make lists from the journal.
All of these messages are little reminders to focus more on the positive. It can be hard to stay positive after the year we have had and all those little things help. I have my eye on another mug that says Trust the Process. Being the crazy type A person that I am; that is one of the hardest lessons I have had to learn. I will get there someday. Until then it is all about those little reminders.
