Skywalking

SkywalkingCOLOR! Color, color color. Prints. Color.
My number one feel-good pick-me-up trick for winter. Even if it's a pop of cerulean like my Sandro beanie last week. When the weather is dipping down to the teens, cooky prints and eye-popping neons are the only way to survive. And so, I unabashedly apply the visual art of Color Theory to my winter dressing routine. Results may vary, but experimentation is half the fun!
I started with these printed pajama-esque pants from Zara. (Is it just me, or do they just scream Zanzibar in the 1960's?)
A fool proof tip to wearing prints is to pick a color from the print and to match with the other elements of the outfit, but in this case, hot pink took a hint from the red of the Zara pants rather than a direct reference, and that works, too!
Pair that with my fool-proof Trouve Blazer, which keeps the neon colors and paisley-ish print in check.
