Awh! I love it when you guys nominate me for awards – I feel special haha! It’s so nice to know that people enjoy what I post enough to think of me when it comes to things like this! I was nominated for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers award by the lovely Katie at PlusBeauty, who you should go and follow immediately.

1. What do you like to do for fun?
Blog obviously! However I noticed I was spending quite a bit of time online (when I say quite a bit…) so I decided to take up some hobbies that I can enjoy in the real world! I do quite a bit of sewing/quilting and I occassionally do a bit of face painting/special effects!
2. What is your favorite season and what are some of your favorite activities to do in that season?
I’m probably the worst person to answer this question… I think I love Autumn, but ask me in Summer and I’ll say Winter. I don’t really have season specific activities, but last year I played quite a bit of badminton – how very British of me!
3. What is your favorite restaurant?
Restaurant? Does that mean I have to get dressed? And be near many people? No thanks, I’ll have a Chinese at home. Although if for some bizarre reason I do decide to show my face in public it’ll probably be at either Frankie & Bennies (Italian American) or Deans Diner (60’s style American diner).
4. What is your favorite childhood memory?
The first thing that came to mind was my Dad trapping me under a laudry basket… don’t call social services – we were playing and I thought it was funny. I wouldn’t say that’s my favorite but it’s the first one that came to mind. I used to LOVE sleeping round my Nan and Grandad’s too! Oooh and Mum and Dad took me to DisneyLand! And I remember every Christmas I used to say “This is the best Christmas ever!” so I clearly had a great time, even though I can’t remember now. The more I think the more memories will come and we’ll be here all day, so I’ll quit while I’m ahead!
5. Do you have any pets, and if so what kind?
We have 3 cats – Snoopy, Pepsi and Syd and a dog called Charlie. I also have 2 chinese dwarf hamsters that live at my boyfriends called Pickle and Egg!
6. How would you describe your personal clothing style?
Sloppy and comfortable with a little effort thrown in occassionally… honest truth right there people. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I look like a hobo, but I spent 90% of my waking life in a work uniform so I don’t have a lot of time for snazzy matchy outfits! Plus I don’t go anywhere to wear them! I have a rather sexy ensemble on now actually; pink pajamas with unicorns that say “Don’t mess with me I’m magical” all over them, which are tucked into long black socks and a purple plaid shirt over the top… form a queue.
7. What is your everyday go-to makeup look?
At the moment I’ve been putting white eyeshadow in the corner, and then blending in Maybelline’s color tattoo (the pinky one) and a light brown in the crease as a transition shade – it’s nice and subtle! Then I’ve either had winged eyeliner or just mascaca with a minimal base and lipbalm.
8. Do you collect anything and if so what?
I do! I collect Me To You Bears. I have quiiiite the collection going on – I’d love more but I’m afraid space is limited. I did get a sneaky little one the other day whilst shopping though – you can see it here.
9. Name something completely random about yourself that we might not know about you.
I can do that weird thing with the end of my fingers…
10. What is your goal for 2015?
I try not to set goals like that so I don’t feel pressured!
