Simple Bytes - #RealGoodBrunch with Chef Vicky Ratnani @ Harry's Khan Market All things said and done, my rendezvous with cooking has been very few and short. But this Saturday afternoon, Chef Vicky Ratnani put his Chef hat on my head and asked me to come up with something interesting from Godrej Real Good Chicken Keema. I was scared, yet enthralled when Chef Vicky said I look like a Chef.

The afternoon was organized by Godrej Tyson Foods Ltd. at Harry’s Bar in Khan Market to promote Godrej’s recently launched Ready-To-Cook products. Three teams were formed among the attendees and each of them was given one Godrej RTC product.

It was the first time I was handling meat, and started cluelessly with the available ingredients. My recipe got build up over the course of time and it ended, after a lot of cheering and jeering, in Keema Bun. But the real test was of nerves than skill. When Chef Vicky asked for the knife during tasting, the first thought which struck in my mind was that, I will be killed for this ‘Keema Ghotala’. The first words which Chef uttered were of appreciation and later he also suggested ways to avoid pitfalls.Simple Bytes - #RealGoodBrunch with Chef Vicky Ratnani @ Harry's Khan MarketThe other two participating teams had also come up with interesting dishes. Team Meera Sapra had cooked up colourful Tex-Mex Chaat with Godrej Real Good Yummiez Aloo Tikki and Team Ayandrali Dutta prepared tantalizing snacker with Godrej Real Good Yummiez Chicken Magic Balls.Simple Bytes - #RealGoodBrunch with Chef Vicky Ratnani @ Harry's Khan MarketThis cook-up session had followed the live cooking session where Chef Vicky Ratnani showcased three recipes – Aloo Tikki & Rajma Chaat, Meat Ball Slider, and the most interesting one - Makhni Chicken Mushroom Keema Penne. The preparations were simple and can easily be done at home. The session ended with delectable snacks from the house of Harry’s.Simple Bytes - #RealGoodBrunch with Chef Vicky Ratnani @ Harry's Khan MarketP.S.
