Schezwan Fried Rice | Chinese Recipes

If you want to eat something spicy, tangy and tasty, then schezwan fried rice is best option. It’s a very simple and instant recipe which made with readymade schezwan sauce, leftover rice and mixed vegetables. Even you can use rice noodles also instead of rice. You can serve this recipe with chili paneer, Manchurian or any gravy based Chinese recipe.

Schezwan Fried Rice | Chinese Recipes
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes Cooking Time: 10 Minutes Servings: 2 Category: Main Course Cuisine: Chinese
Ingredients 2 Cups Boiled Rice 1/4 Cup Spring Onion, Chopped 1 Small Capsicum, finely chopped 1/4 Cup Beans and Carrots, finely chopped 1 Tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste 4 Tbsps. Schezwan Sauce 1 Tsp. Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt to Taste 1 Tbsp. Oil
Instructions: Heat the oil in non-stick pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds on medium flame. Add chopped white and green part of spring onion. Add capsicum, carrots and beans and sauté on a high flame for 10 minutes or till to tender. Add soya sauce and schezwan sauce and mix well. Keep stirring. Add vinegar, rice and salt and mix well. Cook the rice on medium flame for next five minutes and stir continuously to incorporate all the flavors together. Serve warm fried rice with chili sauce.
