Sample Bar Box (November 2012)

By Balmainbeauty @BalmainBeauty
I can't believe it's Thursday already!
If you follow me on twitter, you'll know what my tweet's have been about for the past 3 day's. I've been unable to work on my blog/film videos because I had an unexpected  houseguest.
I received my Sample Bar Glam Pack on Monday lunchtime. This month I've decided to blogpost it rather than make a video so I'll either video a box opening next month, or it might be another blogpost.
Please register your preference:
1. if you prefer a video / 2. or a post or / 3. a short post with a link to watch the video  by commenting on this post below.
If you'd like to read my review about the Dermalogica Microfoliant, which was one of the high-end products received in the October Glam Pack it's here. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy the fullsize ($134) after Christmas. I'm planning on a full review of the Microfoliant once I've been using it for a solid month so expect a review between Christmas and the New Year.
If you want to see the video for the October Glam pack, please click here.
This month's glam pack arrived a little later than last month but I'm going to say straight off-the-bat I actually preferred more of the content's in this box, than the launch box!

I was very impressed with the contents, brand's in this month's box. The theme is "Glow" because it's Spring and Summer is imminent. I'm really excited about the Trilogy, this is a fullsize self-tanner and also the Lush Ro's Argan Body Conditioner because I love Lush and I've not tried this product yet. Also the Marvis Toothpaste is something I've never tried, this one is in liquorice or aniseed flavour!

I'm keen to try everything!
I'd have to say, being totally honest here - there's not one single thing in this box that I wouldn't use and I'm pleased there hasn't been mini vial's of perfume sample's, which were included in every single UK beauty box I subscribed to last year. Most of the perfume sample's were expensive French scent's and though they were nice I just wouldn't have spent money buying them.
In future boxes I would like to see more makeup included e.g. a Blush, a decent sized sample Foundation, a Lipgloss, Finishing Powder, or an Eyeshadow and another hair product.
Everything in this box look's fantastic (though I haven't tried any of the product's yet). The Trilogy costs $39.50 and it was a fullsize in this month's box.
The Sample Bar subscription is a monthly option and costs $25.00 but they also have a quarterly or year subscription option and also a Men's box. If you live in New Zealand and are interested in subscribing to Sample Bar click here
First impression of the box contents = Impressive
I took all of the goodies out of the box to look at or try and also to photograph
The following item's will be tried first:
The Lush Ro's Argan Body Conditioner (it smells and feels lovely and cooling) I applied a little to my hand and I liked it a lot
The Trilogy Self-Tanner (once I've exfoliated my skin) and be ready for Summer
Marvis Toothpaste and the Savoir Faire Mini Lippy (I haven't swatched the lippy yet but the toothpaste reminds me of Ouzo, Liquorice
I have a post coming up on the second item I tried from last month's box, the EVO hair mask in the next few day's when hopefully I can get back into a routine again.
Please let me know if you Subscribe to Sample Bar and how your finding it after 2 boxes.
If you didn't know about it, stumble across this post and live in NZ, check it out.
