This is not a product review or a beauty related post. But it is an informative post to keep you prepared with the recent unfortunate incidents happened in the country.
After all the arrests/court cases we here,still struggle for the freedom to dress,behave etc.
Don't you think we are too unsafe in the country.
Everybody is ready to blame the government and the leaders/police but my opinion is to fight against it.
Be prepared to face the criminal.
You are and you will be alone when the criminal attacks and you should be in a position to defend yourself.
Let the people blame the government but I just wish that you should never feel sorry/regret of what could have been done to stop it right there.
Here I present you few safety measures and quick tips to escape before the situation goes out of hand.
Situation 1:
What if a woman finds herself alone in the company of a strange male as she enters a lift in a high-rise apartment late at night?
Enter the lift & press all floor buttons up to your destination. No one will dare attack in a lift that stops on every floor.Situation 2:
What if a stranger tries to attack you when you are alone at your home?
Run into the kitchen. You know where the chili powder and turmeric are kept, where knives and plates are. All these can be turned into deadly weapons.
Start throwing plates and utensils all over. Let them break. Scream. Remember that noise is the greatest enemy of a molester. He does not want to be caught. Situation 3:
Taking an Auto or Taxi at Night alone ?
Before getting into an auto at night, note down its registration number. Then use the mobile to call your family or friend and pass on the details to them in the language the driver understands.
Situation 4:
What if the driver turns into a street he is not supposed to - and you feel you are entering a danger zone?
Use the handle of your purse or your stole (Dupatta) to wrap around his neck and pull him back. Within seconds, he will feel choked and helpless. In case you don’t have a purse or stole just pull him back by his collar. The top button of his shirt would then do the same trick. Situation 5:
If you are stalked at night
Enter into a shop or a house and explain your predicament. If it is night and shops are not open, go inside an ATM box. ATM centers always have security guards. They are also monitored by close circuit television. Fearing identification, no one will dare attack you.Being mentally alert is the greatest weapon one can ever have.
