We are taking part in the Rustlers burger hack challenge via Britmums. Rustlers now sell their famous southern fried chicken burgers in multipacks of two. We have been challenged to dress up our burgers any way we like.
These burgers are made with quality marinated chicken coated in southern fried bedcrumbs and come when there a small satchet of mayonnaise. They take about 90 seconds in the microwave.
So how did we dress up our burger?
Well take a look at this!
Using lots of salad and a bit of extra mayonnaise we were able to jazz up a simple chicken burger into a dancing diva. The mayo represents the arms and legs with cabbage for the hair, tomatoes for the eyes and feet, red pepper for the hands and mouth and onion for the nose. A healthy and fun jazzed up burger which is also very affordable.
