viaTake an old sweater and cut off the sleeves. Take the sleeves and stitch or glue them to a pair of socks {preferably ones that stretch to mid-calf}. Then tuck them into your favorite winter boots. And there you have it, sweater boot cuffs! Or if you're lazy, just buy them here.

Why bother with the mess of gluing. Just pull them up your legs and fold them over the boots once you get them on!
