Rice Omelette – What a Breakfast!

So, you woke up late and you’re late for office or you have to drop the kids to school who are getting late or finish your assignment that you left incomplete the previous night or you need to run an errand for something important at the very first hour in the morning or you’re just simply feeling lazy in the morning, what do you do for breakfast?

Here it is. The point is, if you’re in a hurry in the morning for whatever the reasons might be and need a fast but filling breakfast, Rice Omelette is the best thing you can have. And actually, why just restrict it to breakfast? You can have this dish at anytime of the day…it’s light but filling, tasty and is made in no time! And for a bonus, Rice Omelette is made with, as you may already know, rice, vegetables and, obviously, eggs (!) which makes it a very nutritious breakfast in the morning!

So time to make it now!

Recipe serving: 2
Preparation Time: 5-7 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients :
4pcs Egg
100 grams Rice ( Govindavog)
1 small carrot
1 small tomato
1 onion
½ cup peas
3 teaspoon butter
Salt as per taste
150 ml. Water

Preparation:

For preparing the rice
Take 1 ½ teaspoon butter in a saucepan and fry chopped onion, carrot and peas for 2 min. Then put the rice into it and fry it for more 2 min. Add water to boil the rice and salt to taste. Prepare the rice in a low heat and put aside.

For the  omelette
Make each omelet with 2 eggs, fill it with cooked rice and chopped tomato and wrap it.
