Review: Lioele Fresh Sun Screen

By Herugliness
Hello! ~ Today I will review the Lioele Fresh Sun Screen. I had this product for quite a while already, but because the sun rarely shines here I never really tried it before. The original product comes in a 80ml tube, mine is a small version out of a Lioele Trial Kit, but apart from being smaller, the design of the tube is identical to the full-size version.

The Lioele Fresh Sun Screen has a SPF 45 PA++ sun protection and is supposed to protect your skin from both UVB and UVA rays. It is also supposed to be non oily, non sticky, which is mandatory for products in my opinion. Green Tea water and Rosemary extracts is supposed to enhance skin radiance and it is also suitable as makeup base. I never tested the last aspect, because I use BB Creams that already have sun protection and only use different sun protection products when I leave the house bare faced.
I am usually pretty indifferent regarding sun screens and will use a random cheap product from the next drug store. The only exception is my face, because it is so sensitive and at the same time very prone to breakouts, so I do not want to put some random product on my face. Most of all I do not want anything that even adds more oil to my face.
Lioele Fresh Sun Screen Review
The Lioele Fresh Sun Screen is, like all sun screens, of white color and of rather thick texture. What made me fall in love immediately is that it is, like claimed, absolutely non sticky and gets absorbed by your skin pretty much the moment you put it on. This is the most important part of sun screens to me. I hate sticky stuff on my face.Another thing I adore about this product is the scent! It has the typical sun screen scent that makes me think of summer, but at the same time there is some perfume-like scent mixed into it. Usually I am not a fan of artificial scents, but most products have them, and in the case of the Lioele Fresh Sun Screen  it smells so good! I guess it is also a matter of personal preference, but this additional scent is really very faint, while the typical sun screen scent is dominating, so it's not too bothersome even if you do not like the scent and you do not smell it for all that long on your face.I think this should go without saying, but I will add it for the sake of having a complete review: This sun screen doe its sun protection job well. I don't get a sunburn easily anyway and my face didn't show any burns or even signs of redness after being in the sun all day.Overall I really adore this product and have considered re-purchasing the full size version. However, with a price of $15+ it isn't exactly cheap. On the other hand sun screen is good for up to three years after opening and considering how rarely the sun shines I would not even manage to use it up in that time. 80ml is quite a lot after all. So, if you are looking for a good sun protection and it's worth the price for you I can strongly recommend this.
