Review: Hard To Resist (Sexy Nerd Boys #3) by K.M. Neuhold

Since I was five years old I've had two best friends: Chase and his twin sister Hadley. Unfortunately for me Hadley isn't a little kid anymore and I can't stop seeing her as more than a friend. Even more unfortunate, Chase says if I lay a finger on her he'll never speak to me again, so no matter how difficult it is I have to resist her. I fell in love with my best friend Ravi when I was sixteen. Now, I'm eighteen and I've made a decision; before I go to college I'm giving Ravi my virginity. After one steamy summer together Ravi and Hadley are at odds because they just can't seem to agree on the direction to take their relationship. Hadley wants it all, while Ravi just wants to make sure his best friend, Chase, never finds out what happened between the two of them. When they're forced to live together will Ravi be able to resist the woman he hasn't stopped thinking about for over a year, or will it be too hard to resist? Each book in the Sexy Nerd Boys series can be read as a stand alone novel. This book contains adult language and descriptive sex scenes. Review: Hard To Resist (Sexy Nerd Boys #3) by K.M. Neuhold Hard To Resist was different from all other books in the series, wasn't as nerdy but there was a lot, and I mean a LOT, of more sex in it than the previous ones.

Hadly was great! Brave, confident and not caring what others thought of her. She was different from most NA heroines and fun to read about. I had to trouble to like Ravi and I didn't fall in love with him as a hero. Hadly's main reason to be involved with him is because they get along each other very well, know each other for a long time and have great sexual chemistry. I couldn't connect with him.

They were both pretty immature, most of their problems were caused by miscommunication, which I don't tend to like. It made me feel like sometimes the story was going in circles and not getting anywhere, but eventually it had to move forward (and it did), and I liked the events towards the ending.

To clarify, I'm still a huge fan of the friends to lovers trope. I enjoyed reading Hard To Resist and will continue to read this series, really excited about Chase's book next!
