Review | Greentom Upp Carrycot Stroller

By Livedwithlove @kerrymarie
A few months ago, we were sent the Greentom Upp Carrycot Stroller to review with our new addition. I did an unboxing video here which shows how I set it up and what my first impressions were, but now we have Aria and have been using it, I wanted to do a full review.
Greentom Upp Carrycot Stroller
Greentom were a unique brand that I wasn't aware of.. they sell an amazing range of Strollers and products that are 100% green. All frames are sustainable and the fabrics are made entirely out of recycled drinking bottles which is brilliant for the environment. When my Carrycot stroller arrived, I was eager to put it together and if you watch the video, you will see I did that with little trouble.

My first impressions were that it looked really good which is something that is important to me; I love the modern white, plastic chassis teamed with the sand coloured material. I chose these colours however they do have different color options for both the chassis and fabric so you can really customise it to your tastes. The quality of the materials is gorgeous, the fabric is a good thick material  that seems cozy and comfortable and the frame is a super strong, elastic fiber.

The Carrycot comes with a 100% natural mattress that is padded and soft to create the perfect, cozy place for baby to snooze. It also has a really great canopy/hood that provides brilliant shelter from the weather.

It does have a basket underneath however it is a little on the small side although easily accessible.. it's perfect for picking up the essentials in the town.

The whole stroller is so easy to push and control due to the frame being super lightweight.. even Sienna can push & control it well. It really handles so easily, I can steer it one handed, which is important when you have a three year old in tow as well. It also makes it so easy to get up and down pavements and the occasional step or two.

We have been using the Greentom Upp Carrycot Stroller most days for a little walk into the town to get fresh air and I can honestly say I love it. It seems so comfortable for Aria, we haven't had any problems with it at all and I just how lightweight it is. The only downsides besides the smaller basket, is that it doesn't come with a raincover included.. you have to purchase that separately which is a little annoying, especially living in the UK as a rain cover is essential 99% of the time! The other little niggle is that the handle isn't adjustable which may be a problem for some, however we have found the height works well for both of us, despite there being quite a difference between us (Warren is 6'1 and I am 5'4).

The brand as a whole seem like a great company and I love they do their bit for the environment with the sustainability of the products but also take safety, comfort and ease of use into play. To see the whole range and see what stroller is right for you, visit their website.
