Essence Simply Nude from their French Nude Collection I wanted a very nude colour after reading one of Park & Cube's post on her Dior nude nail polish. I didn't want to purchase something too expensive. I like nail polishes but I'm just not a big fan of it staining my nails (even with base coat). Yeah, I said it. They're nice but they'll just make your nail unhealthy. So I only wear nail polishes once a month for a week, if I'm not lazy. I get so uncomfortable if I wear them for more than a week. Why should I spend a lot of money on nail polishes? I rarely wear them and I need to throw out half of my nail polishes away. Upon writing this, I regret purchasing the RM70 Chanel nail polish. Could have gone for RMK which is cheaper by RM20. I really hate looking at the yellowy-looks-like-you-didn't-clean-yourself-nails. Anyway, I should talk about this nail polish. As I was saying, I read a post on Park & Cube was madly in love with the colour of the nail polishes – nude brown colour. It’s a nude call. I saw this at Watsons (bought mine at Putrajaya) and it was the last one. I had to get it! Retailing at RM8.90, I thought ‘what a bargain’. This nail polish dries fast for a light coloured nail polish. I find that the lighter the colour of the nail polish, the slower it dries usually. I applied this nail polish on top of my nails. Yes, no base coat or top coat. I let it sit for a week. Surprisingly, there was no chip until the end of the week. Impress! After taking it off, there was no stain. Double impress! The only problem I had with this nail polish was the smell. You know, you get what you pay for. Decreasing the ‘double impress’. I'll let this nude finish first before I decide to purchase another nail polish.
So it's the month of Ramadhan and I'm posting this right? Ouch. I've wanted to post this for weeks. The pictures have been in the memory card for weeks. I miss blogging. As for the 'diet' update, I find myself to be eating rice everyday (for the past 3 days) and I can clearly see that the rice was my problem to weight gain even if it was just a tiny bit. So yes, I should stop but carbs are soooooo good. Will update more and see how this 'diet' goes. I am also trying to avoid buffets. I find most of the time buffets are the best places to eat because you can eat as much as you want, the foods amazing, great company and not worry what the bill might be because you know how much it'll cost you. The part where 'you can eat as much as you want' kills me. It's hard because I'm on this diet. Sigh.
Happy Fasting & Happy Ramadhan
