The good news is that Renault announced, for the 21st of June, to make an experiment about Electric Transportation Sharing in St Quentin city France giving 50 Renault Twizy to give it a try. If the project will work it will be extended in other towns, too.
It is a completely new way of approaching tha car-sharing program with a sort of free service.
