Ingredients
- 1 Arbroath Smokie
- 1 knob of butter
Instructions
- Split the smokie so it lies opened.
- Add the butter to the fish, dotting over the fleshy side.
- Cook under a hot grill for 2-3 mins until butter has soaked the fish and is bubbling.
- Serve with or without a freshly poached egg.
