This is my first ever Real Techniques brush. These brushes have been talked about alot on blogs. I am really glad and excited to be trying one out finally. The one I have is the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.
The expert face brush is perfect for cream/liquid foundation as well as cream blushers. I use this for applying foundation and BB cream and it gives me a lovely flawless finish. The brush is very firm with densely packed bristles, a plus from me because I love dense brushes. Its quite soft as well. I do think the brush is at an angel. A very slight angle which I really like and I think that helps alot while blending the products. It gives an amazing finish and the more you blend with it the better and more natural it looks. I love the shape of it and how its quite large. It blends the products really nicely in places like under your eyes and around the edges which I always have trouble with. Besides liquid and cream products, I also tried it with powders, such as compact powders and highlighters and surprisingly it worked really well for that too. I sometimes use it to contour and it makes the contouring appear alot more natural. I've washed this alot and it doesn't shed at all. Overall I am quite happy with this brush and the lovely finish it helps me achieve! I am looking forward to trying out more brushes by Real techniques.
