Elizabeth Banks always manages to look so radiant wearing the world’s perfect dresses. During her Hunger Games Tour, she donned this beaded Bill Blass yellow cap-sleeved dress. Wearing her hair in a loose chignon was the best move because it allowed the dress and its neckline to take center stage. Nothing should compete with this dress and her stylist made sure of that. Gold dainty earrings were the only jewelry she wore. I would have mixed it up a bit with a purple or green clutch, but that’s just me. Bravo E. Banks!
