Rapper Demands Rockstar to Destroy All Unsold GTA V Copies for Stealing His Songs

A rapper named Daz Dillinger has filed a lawsuit against Rockstar, the maker of Grand Theft Auto V. He is accusing that Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games have used two of his songs in GTA V without taking his proper permission.

The rapper says that he rejected Rockstar’s offer of $4,271 in return for using the songs in the game. Although, the game developer has used the songs anyway, without even notifying the artist. So, now Daz is suing GTA V makers over stealing his songs and demands a better offer or to destroy all unsold copies of the $266 million-dollar game.

Rockstar has already made over $1 billion sales with its’ latest game. And I think it’s their responsibility to reward the artist who contributed to the game, even though Daz’s demands seem a little too harsh.
