Actress Jennifer Freeman recently shared with HipHollywood that she has been celibate for the last 6 years. The actress also shared how she healed from her divorce by getting closer to God.
Ya’ll may remember Jennifer Freeman from the TV show ‘My Wife and Kids,’ well the actress went through a very public and nasty divorce from ex NBA player/coach Earl Watson.
The couple, who married in a lavish ceremony in May of 2009 and have a daughter together, divorced in 2015 after allegations of infidelity, and abuse were thrown around.
Now Freeman is opening up to HipHollywood about how she healed from that relationship by getting closer to God.
“Being quiet and really taking that time to be with myself is really important and be with God and just look at myself inwardly to say, ‘what do I like about myself? What do I want to change about myself? ‘How did I get to this point?'” Freeman said.
Freeman also revealed to the publication that she has been celibate for the last 6 years.
“I’m actually celibate,” she said. “I’ve been celibate for six years.”
