It's one of those things that I learned to tolerate until I realized I didn't have to. For about six months, every time I went outside with my mask on, my glasses kept fogging up and forcing me to take them off just to see. It recently occurred to me that I routinely apply defogger to my diving mask while diving. So why not try defogging glasses while wearing a COVID mask? I feel stupid just thinking about it now, because it turns out there are a ton of defogging sprays out there, and most of them cost $ 15 or less for an ounce or two of liquid.
The good news is that I tried one of these - more or less by accident - and it actually works. I share my discovery in case you suffer from a similar dilemma.
Here is the brand I tried (by more or less throwing an arrow on Amazon) and it seems to work great and last at least a day between uses. The manufacturer claims it's safer for your glasses because it doesn't contain harsh chemicals - it's 100% alcohol and ammonia free, which apparently not all sprays can claim.

Gamer Advantage claims its formulation has been used by ophthalmologists, first responders, security professionals, and the military for years. Since each bottle contains two ounces of liquid rather than the one ounce in the other bottles, this is actually the cheapest of the options on this list. Each application should take a day or two.
