Purely Inspired Strawberry Protein Bars

By Debi Lantzer @debiL1611

Not too long ago, I stopped buying bags of mixed frozen fruit and began buying and cutting up fresh fruit, portioning it out into small single serving bags and then putting them into big freezer bags so they would be frozen and already-portioned out for my morning protein shake using Purely Inspired protein mix. The results have been exactly what I had hoped – my protein shakes taste so much better and at the same time I know I’m saving money!

Since strawberries happen to be on sale this week, I thought it would be a great time to do a recipe using strawberries and Purely Inspired strawberry protein powder. I had seen this recipe on the internet sometime ago and I jotted it down for a future post. I relied on those notes to put this together and thankfully, these protein bars are easy to make.

These protein bars combine fresh strawberries with Purely Inspired strawberry protein powder to provide you with an explosion of flavor and texture too! They are best served cold, so be sure to keep them refrigerated once they are prepared. You’ll love them ice cold after a hard workout!
