By Unknown
My kids loved these rolls, they love Thai food and thats what inspired me to make these rolls. Its pretty easy and its semi homemade. These could be awesome appetizers too. I had posted the pics on Facebook and i got few emails asking me to post the recipe... so here it is.. enjoy!!!

Puff Pastry Thai rolls(roses)
Ingredients:
1 sheet of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry (thawed)
Yellow curry paste 1 tbsp
Mozzarella Provolone Cheese
1 egg (lightly beaten)
Procedure:
Heat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Top your puff pastry sheet with yellow curry paste and cheese.
Roll the puff pastry and toppings into a log.
Brush a little egg over the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes. While they were warm, I inserted some cake pop sticks into them and tied them together in a pretty bow. :)
