Delicious Alchemy are a company based in Sheffield, providing the food market with a bit of gluten-free magic.
Founded by Emma back in 2006, the company was born out of her own struggle with Coeliac disease. 8 years on the company has gone from strength to strength supplying supermarkets and catering companies, with an ever expanding range.
Their products include things from porridge oats to bread mixes to baking mixes, and they all come in lovely bold colourful packaging.
Delicious Alchemy were kind enough to send a section of things over for me to try before meeting them next week, when they are going to be at the BBC Good Food Show.
So far, I’ve only made the oaty cookies – but they are a big hit, and I look forward to trying some of the others!
