Posh Choccies and Scrummy Cookies

I love chocolate. I take no shame in that. Infact its a fundamental element of my personality. I am obsessive of food, particularly sweet things, and even more so pretty sweet things, and this got me thinking....
I love creating gorgeous, tasty and interesting things, and I especially love doing this with chocolate. So I thought to myself, I should showcase the things I create and see where it takes me.
Now I'm no professional. I don't do this financially. I do it because I love it. Its a way for me to submerge myself in something I love and produce something fabulous at the end of it. Having said that if it did become a financial endeavour as well that would be amazing. So I decided a blog would be the perfect way to log all the things I make and show them off at the same time :) I have my trusty journal in which I sketch ideas and jot things down to create when I can.
Its not just chocolate I adore. I have a soft spot for really good cookies. The variations are endless which means I'm always able to bake new flavours (good and bad!) and, like the chocolates, I have a wealth of ideas in my journal waiting to be realised. Soft, chewy, warm and utterly delicious! (hopefully!)
So this is the first step of my journey, and what an exciting journey its going to be!! I am so looking forward to getting my sleeves rolled up and my chocolatier hat on!!!
