plum cheesecake which is no bake cheesecake recipe too.Wishing all the readers and friends A Very Happy New Year!I want to write the post tomorrow but have sometime to write it now and here is the cheesecake recipe which is my favorite too and i tested this recipe more than three times and am sure this is a big hit for celebrations too.

Used homemade paneer recipe for making the recipe,you can also use store bought one,but you have to thaw it before using it. which is my most favorite one and i used it in both the layers.you will definitely enjoy this one and send me feedback once you try this.Starting this year with a sweet note and the entirely new recipe for this year beginning.Lets move on to the recipe,

Ingredients

  • digestive biscuits powdered - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 tablespoon
  • paneer - 1/4 cup
  • hung curd - 1/4 cup
  • agar agar - 2 teaspoons
  • plum jam - 3 tablespoons
  • pomegranate kernels - for topping
Instructions
  1. Combine powdered biscuits with melted butter and make a bottom mixture of cheesecake.If you are using pan,then press it using your measuring cup,it will help in uniform pressing of the crust.I am using small serving ie,shot glass for the dessert,so i pressed it tightly.Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Then in a blender blend together hung curd and paneer which is crumbled already.Now melt agar agar in a sauce pan and add it to the mixture and blend it well.
  3. Now add a tablespoon of plum jam or plum compote to the mixture and mix it.
  4. Now fill it as the second layer and this should be filled a little more.
  5. Refrigerate it again for 4 hours to set completely.Before serving layer the plum jam over it using spoon and top it with pomegranate kernels.
  6. Serve chilled.
