Pashchima Namaskarasana

Reverse Namaste or Pashchima Namaskarasana or Secret Prayer, are the many names for this advanced arm variation which may be practiced in several standing and seated postures. Perhaps in Mountain pose (Tadasana), Pyramid/Intense Side Stretch (Parsvottanasana) or others such as Easy Seat (Sukasana). The palms are together just like in Anjali Mudra, but instead of placing the palms at the heart, they’re behind the back, broadening the chest.
