Paneer Mushroom Masala

Paneer Mushroom Masala a healthy combo. This dish will be loved by all especially kids. Goes well with any pulao or roti.Ingredients:Button Mushroom - 200 gPaneer- 200 gOnion- 1Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbspTomato- 3Water 200 mlChilly Powder- 1 tbspCoriander Powder- 3 tbspOil- 2 tbspSalt- as per taste
Method:Paneer Mushroom MasalaHeat oil in a wide wok.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell leaves.
Add chopped tomato and salt and cook till tomato is completely cooked and mushy.
Add 200 ml water and the chilly powder and coriander powder.
Paneer Mushroom MasalaAdd chopped mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes till mushroom gets well cooked.Add water if necessary.Add chopped mushrooms and let the gravy boil for 2 minutes.Put off the flame and transfer to serving bowl.Paneer Mushroom Masala
