The Old Truman Brewery, set just off Brick Lane in East London, always has something cool on, as well as plenty of food options. With a rare day to myself yesterday, I decided to take a trip that way to spend some time exploring the free exhibitions and pop-ups. Water Aid is running an exhibition entitled ‘Out of Order‘ in one of the pop-up spaces. Free to enter, Water Aid launched the exhibition in line with World Toilet Day to raise awareness for the many women around the world who don’t have access to a toilet, and therefore are at risk of infection.
