Oppo, the brand that is famous for its camera-centric smartphones, has launched OPPO F1s Diwali Limited Edition, a specially customized limited edition smartphone for Diwali in India. The Diwali limited edition phone is an extension of the original F1s and its price is set at Rs 17,990, same as the original.
The smartphone will go up for pre-orders from Oppo Concept Stores from October 8 to October 13, and will go up for sale on October 14 via Snapdeal.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Will Wang, Brand Director of OPPO Mobiles India, said, “Diwali is one of the most important festivals in the country. At this time, we not only want to thank young users with this customized phone but also treat this as step forward of localization in India.”
The Diwali customized limited edition OPPO F1s comes with a gilded glare of Diwali pattern and logo on the back panel, the panel also has a joint laser signature from its brand ambassadors Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor, OPPO Mobiles guarantee that the signature of the celebrities will not fade away with time.
OPPO F1s Diwali Limited Edition Specifications
The specifications of the OPPO F1s Diwali Limited Edition smartphone are identical to the previously launched F1s. It sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with a 1/3.1-inch sensor and f/2.0 aperture, certainly the highlight of the smartphone. Other selfie-focused features on the smartphone include its Beautify 4.0 app for selfie editing, the Selfie Panorama feature that stitches together three selfies, and the Screen Flash feature.
The company claims that the fingerprint sensor on the home button unlocks the F1s in as little as 0.22 seconds. The smartphone runs ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and sports a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC, coupled with the Mali-T860 MP2 GPU and 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.
The Rear Camera on the Oppo F1s is a 13-megapixel shooter with PDAF autofocus, a f/2.2 aperture, and dual-LED flash while on the front it has a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.
