I always think that there is little reason to have possessions if you can’t see them. I think that beauty should be displayed and when things are on show, they also create interest within a room. With this in mind, I am pro open shelving.

What is your view on a well stacked shelf? Do you like to see all on display, or do you prefer to keep items behind closed doors?
