OOTD: The Not-So-Basic Outerwear

It's been snowing every other day around here and I can't even tell you how much I have been craving some color around. What is better than infusing some color in the closet? Bored of the same colors when it comes to outerwear, You might just get as excited as I was, when I heard Outerwear in candy colors is a huge trend this season. 

The not-so-basic coat in a soft hue is a trend that is easy to incorporate in your winter wardrobe. Whether you are looking to add one to your work wardrobe or casual wardrobe, These will also work great for transition from winter to spring. 


In today's outfit post, I am wearing an OASAP coat in pink, This woolen coat is just the right color and material when looking to make a statement or add that punch to an outfit while also keeping yourself warm.

I paired the coat with neutrals - a black turtleneck, skinny jeans, over-the-knee boots and a colorblock satchel. The only other accessories are a statement necklace and a ring.
