One Year on

one year on
This month marks a year of using Liz Earle's Cleanse and Polish as part of my skincare regime, and I can safely say I'm hooked. Now, I've never really suffered from problematic skin or regular outbreaks, but in the past would break out in the odd spot or patches of particularly oily or dry skin every so often. As I have a fringe, I would often get spots on my forehead where I fiddle with my hair, as well as in the typical areas round my chin and nose. These 'problems' have all but disappeared since I've been using Cleanse and Polish. I wash my face in the morning after showering using Cleanse and Polish, and then again at night once I've removed the majority of my make up with a face wipe - I'm always shocked at how much make up is left on my face after supposedly wiping it all off! Using the muslin cloth means I don't have to exfoliate as frequently as I used to, but keeps my skin refreshed and smooth - perhaps one reason why I don't break out as much. I find exfoliating too much can mean my skin becomes over sensitive and can be more likely to break out. Skincare is such a subjective thing, but for me, Cleanse and Polish is a lifesaver. It's really helped to calm my skin down and regulate the oiliness I can sometimes suffer from. I sporadically use the Liz Earle Skin Tonic alongside too which is great, and like C&P has a gorgeous scent. I've just bought the Special Edition Prince's Trust C&P (above) which I can't wait to use!Do you use Cleanse and Polish? Has it had great results for you?
