Passengers flying to this remote region may have to take something to steady their nerves. The tiny airport nestled among the steep mountains of the Himalayas is said to be the most dangerous in the world. There are only 8 pilots manage to bring more than 30,000 people per year into this airport located in Asia. The pilots encounter vicious winds in the valley where the airport is located. Flights at Paro are only authorized at daytime with complete visual meteorological conditions.
