Okay, Let’s Forget Tuesday…. Here’s My Weekly Wednesday Workout Report!

If any of you are actually reading my training reports, you’ll know that I seem to have some problem making it for “Tuesday’s Training Report” and I end up posting on Wednesday anyway. Today when I realized it was Wednesday and once again I had failed to post my training results, I decided I was going to try “Weekly Wednesday Workout Report” on for size.  It has a nice ring to it, so we will see.

Okay, Let’s Forget Tuesday…. Here’s My Weekly Wednesday Workout Report!

To bring you up to speed, I’m currently in week 4 of my training for the Cleveland Marathon Series, whether it’s the 5k, 8k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon.  I also have a few half marathons after Cleveland, but I’m staying focused on Cleveland right now. 

Okay, Let’s Forget Tuesday…. Here’s My Weekly Wednesday Workout Report!

Most of my past efforts carry me through a solid two weeks of training, or weight loss, or clean eating.  I’m really proud to report that I’ve made it through the third week, and I’m even into my fourth week and I’m still training, I’m still working out, I’m still working on my weight, and I’m still working on clean eating. YAY! 

I’m kind of in a hurry so I’ll make this quick.  While I didn’t post about my weight in weeks 1 and 2, today I’m happy to report that as of yesterday’s weigh in, I’ve lost a total of 8.2 pounds in 3 weeks. YAY again!!

Okay, Let’s Forget Tuesday…. Here’s My Weekly Wednesday Workout Report!

Now onto my workouts and training:

Tuesday, January 17 – 2/1 RUN – 2.28 mi. @ 14:02 pace, avg HR 140 bpm, 234 calories burned

Wednesday, January 18 – REST DAY

Thursday, January 19 – 5:30PM Fitness Class – 1:01:50 minutes, avg HR 133 bpm, 657 calories burned!! OMG!! 

Friday, January 20 – 5:30PM Fitness Class – 54:42, avg HR 148 bpm, 640 calories!! WOW!!

Saturday, January 21 – I was a slacker, except that you guessed it, I played drums on Praise Team at church for the third weekend in a row

Sunday, January 22 – Got a quick run in before church – 2/1 RUN – 2.57 mi. @ 14:00 pace, and THEN played drums at 2 services on Praise Team at church

Monday, January 23 – 6AM Fitness Class – 47:01 minutes, avg 127 bpm, 443 calories.

Okay, I have to call it a day so I can hit the fitness class in the morning! What was your training like last week?  I’d love to know!
