LipMonthly is a monthly lip subscription service. However, they usually include a non-lip item as well. I am a total lip junkie, so this subscription is right up my alley. The products come in adorable reusable bags and there is an information card detailing the retail cost of each item.

FIRST IMPRESSION:
This month’s bag was really beautiful and perfect for fall! I know they have had issues with their customer service, but they have been greatly improving. I really do like this subscription. I am, however, tired of seeing the same brands over and over.
REVIEW OF ITEMS:
Cargo Lipgloss in Rio ($16)
This is a FULL SIZE! I really love Cargo cosmetics. However, I really don’t pull off orange shades very well. I think I will give this lipgloss away.
LaRitzy Lip Liner in Brick ($18)
This is a FULL SIZE! I really love the shade of this lip liner so much. It will be perfect for fall. I used to receive LaRitzy subscription boxes and I really liked them. This lip liner feels really dry so I am not sure how I will like it on the lips. I also think $18 is a bit high. However, I will test it and see what I think.
Be A Bombshell Lipstick in Charmed ($6)
This is a FULL SIZE! Okay Lip Monthly, NO more Be A Bombshell. I am not a huge fan of this brand and I am tired of receiving them. I think I own their entire line of products now. This lipstick shade is really different and I don’t think I will be able to pull it off. However, I will try.
DLS Highlighter in Sunkist ($14)
This is a FULL SIZE! I think this highlighter will be a little dark on my pale skin. It is also a bit chunky. However, I will try it.
OVERALL IMPRESSION:
This was an okay LipMonthly bag! I wasn’t overly thrilled with the shade choices I received. You are supposed to be able to pick your shades. However, I haven’t found out where to do this on my profile. I think only new subscribers can at this time. I hope we can all choose shade selections soon. I really love the value of this subscription. It is also such a great value for only $12.95 a month! The bag has a retail value of $54! I will continue to be subscribed to LipMonthly.
