Global Valley LLC, developer of a proposed Crowne Plaza hotel, is hosting a community meeting to discuss the project, located at 221 E. Valley Blvd. The proposed project features some 300 guest rooms and a steakhouse developed by the Smith Brothers, best known for restaurants such as Smitty’s, Arroyo Chop House, Cheval Blanc and the Parkway Grill in Pasadena.
The meeting is set for October 24, 2012, at 7 p.m. at the offices of Palm Pacific Realty, located at the project site.
