cheesecake mousse ,hearing itself it is a combo and texture it gives like both mousse and cheesecake.As i already said you did not need any setting agents like agar agar or gelatin for the recipe and this is an eggless version too.You need just homemade cream cheese,condensed milk and whipping cream.For this recipe,you have to add whipping cream a little more to give the texture of mousse little airy and melt in mouth consistency.(this is a long post,for my blog anniversary).I garnished the mousse with pistachios and a slice of gulab jamun.You can top it with any topping like whipped cream and chocolate shavings.I adapted the recipe from here.I used both cream cheese and condensed milk as homemade one.If you are using store bought one,then wait till the cream cheese came to room temperature and then proceed.

this is the perfect treat and this is the celebration post too because this space stepping into 4th year and celebrating the 3rd year blogoversary or blog anniversary.cant believe that am in the fourth year now and here am thanking all loved ones who supports me,supported me till now.I made this recipe two months back and reserved this one for the celebration post and you can notice i did not post any anniversary post in my blog and this is the first time am posting for blog anniversary.For the past one year,i did not post any baked goodies and you may wonder why?One of my friends advised me to concentrate on regional cuisines and this makes me to do a research on what is the special recipes in every cuisine and luckily i moved to pune and after shifting here,i came to know about more street food recipes like bhakarwadi,usal recipe etc.

V also encouraged me to concentrate on regional cuisine and he introduced me the kadai paneer recipe,which is his most favorite recipe that he make every week before marriage.So in the beginning of past one year,i concentrated and posted more paneer recipes and masalas and i concentrated more on sides and not on one pot meal.This year sure i will post one pot meal recipes and some Indian snacks too.Last year,due to shifting i cant able to make a post for anniversary,so i invited few of my friends to do a guest post on my space.I thanking them here for joining me in the celebration last year.I want to make a treat but i did not bought an otg or microwave for making baked goodies for the anniversary post.Even V asked me to buy otg or microwave but i denied.sure in the future,i will definitely post and update baked goodies,i think.Last year was really a wonderful journey,learned more new recipes and posted no bake goodies more and also more North Indian recipes too.Another special about the last year,i learned more Indian sweets and desserts and i did not forget how i scheduled every post before my travelling to my native for Diwali.After diwali occasion ,V gifted me a DSLR and that was really a new experience for me and then i started to shoot in manual mode till now.Learnt more things about DSLR and still learning about it and joined more photography groups and really admired all of the creations that i saw.V encouraged me to continue your photography exploration but that time i cant able to take step pictures for blog.So i planned to post every post with step pictures from the beginning itself and till now it is going successfully.Step pictures makes me a little fulfill one in blogging and we are helping others about how it is made.

cheesecake mousse recipe without eggs



Ingredients

  • cream cheese - 1/2 cup
  • condensed milk - 1/4 cup
  • nutella - 1/4 cup
  • cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon
  • whipping cream - 1/4 cup
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • vanilla essence - 2 to 3 drops
  • pistachios - for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and whisk the whipped cream in high speed until it forms soft peaks and then add sugar and beat it for 10 minutes until it forms stiff peaks.Refrigerate the whipped cream till use.
  2. After the cream cheese came to room temperature mash it and mix it with condensed milk in mixing bowl.
  3. Along with that add nutella cocoa powder and vanilla essence and mix it till it combines.
  4. Then add the whipped cream and give a gentle folding and make sure it evenly combined.
  5. In a single serving dish or in shot glass/dessert glass,fill the mixture and set for atleast 2 hours.
  6. Then garnish it with pistachios and cream if you want or serve it like what i did.
  7. Take gulab jamun and make a thick slice from it and garnish it.I want to give a fusion touch on this recipe,so did that.If you do not want to make like that then simply pipe the whipped cream on top and serve.
  8. Serve chilled for better results.
