I spent the past few days with some of those people and on Friday I get to see even more of them. I spent Tuesday, Wednesday, and today with Kyle and his family for Independence Day. We ate, swam, ate some more, and spent our time in good company. I love his family and hope to be a part of it one day.
In a week, Kyle and I are going to see my family. I haven't seen my dad, mom, and sister since the beginning of May. It's been way too long. They live in Nashville and it's 3 hours away from me when I'm at school. They have lived in Nashville for 3 years now and I'm still not used to it. We are so excited to see them soon though. We had such a great time! I hated to get back to campus and back to work. On my way back to campus I stopped by Goodwill. Gosh I love that store! I found a photo cube and a wonderful, classy, and PINK purse! The photo cube is too cute filled with 5 pictures of the love of my life and myself and the purse is perfect. However, something even more wonderful happened when I was standing in line waiting to check out at Goodwill. I was bored so I grabbed my phone and went to check my email. Remember that Misikko Dream Package giveaway that seemed too good to be true? Well that's how I looked at it anyway. I did the blog post and didn't get my hopes up. Well I got an email that said..."ANNA YOU WON MISIKKO'S DREAM GIFT PACKAGE GIVEAWAY!"
Oh. My. Goodness. Yes. I. Anna. Dicus. Won. $350. Of. Products. From. Misikko!!!!!!! I could hardly contain my excitement. I wanted to tell everyone in Goodwill but I decided against that. I called Kyle, called my mom, told my besties Sean and Alisha, I told Samantha and Brittany about it while grocery shopping, and of course I tweeted about it! In case the giveaway is a blur to your memory you can read the blog post that won the JACKPOT here! I got so lucky with this one and I'm too excited to have a top notch straightener and curling wand! I will DEFINITELY be experimenting with them as soon as I get them in the mail!
