NMAC is basically a computer-based exam that is conducted by GMAC. Each candidate taking the examination gets a different test which is randomly generated from a pool of questions. The time limit, number of questions and the question’s difficulty level is predetermined. It will remain the same regardless of place of the examination. Each and every candidate is given the choice to select the sequence of the test sections in NMAT.

NMAT has three different sections including Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning. There are around 120 questions in total that sum up as – 32 questions in Language skills section, 48 questions in Quantitative skills section, and  40 questions in Logical reasoning section. The time allotted to complete each section is 22 minutes, 60 minutes, and 38 minutes respectively. The good thing is that there is no negative marking. The NMAT syllabus is very similar to all management exams held in the country.
