My Take on Nivea Lip Butter Raspberry Rose:

Nivea lip butter raspberry rose comes in a cute little tin, the cap tightly closes with a snip so it’s easy to carry while traveling. The only drawback with the packaging and with the product is that it is a bit unhygienic as you have to dip in your fingers to take the butter out everytime you want to apply it and you have to make sure that your fingers are clean while taking out the balm or else germs can spread in the whole tin

Shock

The smell, it smells like raspberries ummm yumm with a slight hint of rose smell to it, I almost feel like eating it, it smells so delicious, it’s such a girly fruity fragrance, I just love it!

I always wanted to try Nivea lip butters and just when I spotted two variants of it, I immediately picked both of them. I think you all know by now my habit of losing lip balms (the ones that comes in the form of chapstick) and so I planned to invest in these lip butters firstly because they come in a pan and secondly I needed something for my lips to be used at night, I mean something without SPF. This Nivea lip butters proves to be my savior and don’t get lost no matter how careless I am with them, they always pop up from anywhere and are always in front of my eyes so no chance of losing them and then leaving without moisturizing my lips for the whole day!

This lip butter is thick creamy in texture and spreads evenly on lips despite of being thick. It has got some nice ingredients- shea butter, sweet almond oil and castor oil all of which are known to moisturize the lips and for keeping the lips soft. This lip butter leaves a slight thin pink layer on lips which can’t be said tinted but yes it feels pink on lips.

Talking about the moisturizing properties, it is extremely moisturizing and keeps the lips soft for 3-4 hours even after fading, this is one such lip balm which will keep your lips moisturized even after fading and with it you may not feel the need to re-apply it often like with chapsticks.

The quantity is enough for the price and I’m sure it will last really long probably for 2-3 months even if used daily and many times a day.
