One of the many pro's of working in Boots is that I get a little sneaky peak of the new products that are launching. Being the make up addict that I am you can imagine how excited I am on delivery days.There is some gorgeous make up items being launched for Spring 2015 and a lot of them are out from today.
Bourjois has always been a firm favorite drugstore/high street brand of mine and I was so excited when I heard that they were adding to their already amazing lipstick range.
The Rouge Edition Lipsticks are great lipsticks, they are well pigmented whilst still feeling light on the lips and having a slight sheen finish.
There is two new shades being added to the Bourjois Rouge Edition line, both are wearable shades and perfect for spring.
Firstly is Pretty In Nude (No39) which is a brown/peach nude, though I would say it had some pink in there too. (Wow I am good at describing things) On me this comes up slightly lighter than my lip color and gives me the perfect nude lip without washing me out.
The second shade is Rose Incognito (No40) which is a gorgeous rose pink shade. This gives your lips just enough color to brighten up your look and give it a fresh spring feel. If you are into your pink shades you are going to love this.
The other lip products that are being added are in the Colour Boost range which is Bourjois take on the lip balm/pencils that everyone seems to bring out these day.
I have never been a huge fan of these but out of three shades being added the color Bare Lip Sensation really caught my eye.
This is a sheer pink, nude shade that looks quite pale when swatched on the hand but when applied to the lips its gives a subtle my lips but better look.
The Colour Boost Lipsticks are super glossy but manage to stay in place well, perfect for everyday wear.
As you can probably tell, I am excited about these new lip product launches. Nude lip fans you are going to love them too.
Bourjois also have some new eye shadow pencils out too which I haven't got my hands on yet but I have played with the testers and they are amazing!!
